The hotel staff was amazingly generous and allowed us to store our luggage for 5 days, even though we weren't staying there anymore. They provided assistance with a smile whenever we had a problem. The breakfast was the best we've had in Italy for just €3 per person. The location was great, close to the harbor, museums, and city center. The fitness room had all the basic amenities we needed.
Felt completely happy, nothing was too much trouble.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the historic district of Genoa. It's just a short walk from the main railway station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our basic amenities were provided and keeping our rooms spotlessly clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find a sofa that converted to a bunk bed in our room, along with a comfortable king size bed. Plus, breakfast was included in the rate and offered a variety of options with added local touches.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

This great little hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to visit all the major sites in the old part of Genoa. It is just a short walk to the waterfront, the aquarium, and the Galata museum. The room was clean and well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful stay. The bathroom was spacious and well maintained. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to provide excellent service. the hotel offers a discount for parking nearby.

Excellent value for money. Great location for exploring Genoa. Helpful and obliging staff. Good soundproofing for a peaceful night's sleep. Close proximity to the aquarium and other attractions. Comfortable room with plenty of space. Excellent breakfast. Convenient access to restaurants and bars.
